This is one on one training. The goal of the first visit is to establish a baseline of fitness, injury history, previous training, movement evaluation and goals. Come try what a training session with a healthcare professional can really do.
Small Group Training
Small group training is maxed out at 5 people per class. It is limited for quality control to ensure the correct form and attention can be placed on the class. This class has a rotating theme with progressions for the beginner to the advanced.
Pre and postnatal
This population is often given the wrong information about training. The evidence has changed how women should train while pregnant. Society will tell you don't lift heavy, rest and do less. These sessions will tackle myths and teach how to move safely after birth.
This is designed for individuals that need to know how to get over an injury after therapy has finished. Ever have an injury that flares up when returning to being active or every time something happens it flares up? These are for you.
